THE ADJUSTER THAT CAN BE CLEARLY SEEN IN THE PICTURE ABOVE CAN BE ADJUSTED TO ALTER THE TIME TAKEN FOR THE LOCO TO SHUTTLE FROM ONE STATION TO THE OTHER IN RESPECT OF TIME .
HOWEVER PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THE SPEED THAT YOU HAVE SET ON YOUR CONTROLLER WILL GOVERN HOW LONG IT TAKES TO TRAVEL FROM ONE END OF THE SHUTTEL TO THE OTHER BUT IN MOST CASES YOUR SPEED WOULD BE QUITE SLOW
THE SHUTTLE BOARD NEEDS POWER TO WORK THIS CAN BE FROM THE AUX TERMINALS ON YOUR TRAIN CONTROLLER BUT CAN BE CONNECTED TO ANY AC OR DC SUPPLY FROM 8 VOLTS TO 32 VOLTS WE HAVE SUPPLIED THE RED WIRES FOR YOU TO DO THIS.
THEREFORE CONNECT THE GREEN WIRES TO TERMINAL BLOCK 1 PINS 1&2 IT DOES NOT MATTER TO WHICH PIN 1 OR 2 THESE ARE CONNECTED THE OTHER END CAN BE CONNECTED TO YOUR POWER SUPPLY. AGAIN IT DOES NOT MATTER
TERMINAL BLOCK TWO . USE ONE BLUE WIRE AND SCREW TO PIN 3 USE ONE YELLOW WIRE AND SCREW TO PIN 4.
CONNECT THE OTHER ENDS THIS TO YOUR SPEED CONTROLLER OUTPUT AS PER THE DIAGRAM BELOW FIGURE 2 ( IE THESE WIRES ARE TO BE CONNECTED WHERE YOU WOULD CONNECT THE CONTROLLER TO THE TRACK)
TERMINAL BLOCK THREE . USE ONE BLUE WIRE AND SCREW TO PIN 5 USE ONE YELLOW WIRE AND SCREW TO PIN 6. CONNECT THE OTHER ENDS TO YOUR SHUTTLE TRACK IN APPROX. THE MIDDLE (DO NOT CONNECT AT EITHER END OR THE SHUTTLE WILL NOT WORK)AS PER FIGURE 2
YOU WILL SEE FROM THE DIAGRAM BELOW THAT AT EITHER END OF THE TRACK A DIODE HAS BEE ADDED.
WHERE THE DIODE IS ADDED YOU WILL HAVE TO CUT THE TRACK AND SOLDER THE DIODES ON (OR USE A PIECE OF INSULATED TRACK IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO CUT YOUR TRACK OR SOLDER THE DIODES ON AS YOU CAN JUST INSERT THE DIODES INTO THE INSULATED CONNECTIONS)
